Best advice for crypto newbies.

Hey there, are you new to crypto, you have heard about if from a friend or colleague or on social media and you are thinking about venturing into it? Well, it’s a good idea to start from somewhere but where do you start. Definitely not where you are thinking. DO NOT LISTEN TO INFLUENCERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR CELEBRITY SHILLING SOME NEW PROJECTS TO YOUR FACE.

It seems like these days, everyone kn the internet is an influence and seems to know something and anything. Most verified accounts on Instagram or Twitter claim to know alot about cryptocurrency and what will happen in the market, they claim to predict, while others claim to have invest and gain a lot in it. Well, the truth is, in this world that will live today, nobody really care a about you except what they want to gain from you.

Most of these accounts are scams, others are paid to do promotion for projects with no future while others don’t even know what they are talking about. It doesn’t matter whether someone is a celebrity or not, do not take financial advice as related to your crypto investment and stand on it.

Here is what to do.

The best thing to do when getting into the crypto market is to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. You might not trust yourself because you think you do not know much about cryptocurrency or blockchain or technology, but at this point in time, you have to trust yourself and take your time to carry out detailed research. It is very much true what Michael Saylor says on a TV interview about Bitcoin “About 95% of the population haven’t spent up to 10 minutes really thinking about Bitcoin” and that is so true. Most people just want to here what this celebrity is saying or what this influence or this billionaire is saying and then they jump into it.

  • Check the project’s website and carryout detailed investigation about it.
  • Check their white paper and learn more about the project and compare it with standard ones in the industry.
  • Check their roadmap and see how far.
  • Also check the market cap and historical price. Coin market cap is a good place for such findings.

Once you have done these basic findings, you will then have a sound knowledge about what you are getting into.
